Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Checkout will only accept a US shipping address.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Ships from our partner warehouse, typically 7–15 business days.

Our products are shipped directly from partner warehouses, some of which are overseas. Delivery estimates are typical times, not guarantees, and can be longer during holidays, severe weather or customs checks.

Order processing

• Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves to “Processing” and is passed to our warehouse partner.
• When it ships, your order page shows the carrier and a tracking number.
• Your order page is the link in your confirmation (it looks like /order/?id=…). Keep it — it is how you track and return your order.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, start a return from your order page and choose “It arrived damaged”. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your parcel has not arrived well after the estimate, contact us at [support email] with your order number.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't always change an address once an order has been passed to the warehouse.
