Who can order

You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission) and ship to an address in the United States.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
• Payment is taken by Stripe when you complete checkout. We never see your card number.
• If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order

Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and your order page shows “Processing”. If we can't fulfil an item we will cancel it and refund you to your original payment method.

Delivery

Items ship from partner warehouses, some overseas. Delivery times are estimates — see our Shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

Please follow the instructions that come with each product. Electronics are designed for US outlets; pet products should be used under supervision.
