Delivery & returns
Delivery
Everything is dispatched from Karachi. Orders in Pakistan go by courier in 2-4 days. Overseas orders go by international courier; customs duties and taxes in your country are paid by you on delivery. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched after their making time.
Returns
Ready-made pieces can be exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery if unworn, with tags. Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces are not returnable, but we will alter them free of charge if the fit is not right. Faulty items are replaced or refunded.
